Num3:14 The Lord said to Moses in the Desert of Sinai,
耶和华在西乃的旷野晓谕摩西说，
Num3:15 'Count the Levites by their families and clans. Count every male a month old or more.'
你要照利未人的宗族，家室数点他们。凡一个月以外的男子都要数点。
Num3:16 So Moses counted them, as he was commanded by the word of the Lord .
于是摩西照耶和华所吩咐的数点他们。
Num3:17 These were the names of the sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath and Merari.
利未众子的名字是革顺，哥辖，米拉利。
Num3:18 These were the names of the Gershonite clans: Libni and Shimei.
革顺的儿子，按着家室，是立尼，示每。
Num3:19 The Kohathite clans: Amram, Izhar, Hebron and Uzziel.
哥辖的儿子，按着家室，是暗兰，以斯哈，希伯伦，乌薛。
Num3:20 The Merarite clans: Mahli and Mushi. These were the Levite clans, according to their families.
米拉利的儿子，按着家室，是抹利，母示。这些按着宗族是利未人的家室。
Num3:21 To Gershon belonged the clans of the Libnites and Shimeites; these were the Gershonite clans.
属革顺的，有立尼族，示每族。这是革顺的二族。
Num3:22 The number of all the males a month old or more who were counted was 7,500.
其中被数，从一个月以外所有的男子共有七千五百名。
Num3:23 The Gershonite clans were to camp on the west, behind the tabernacle.
这革顺的二族要在帐幕后西边安营。
Num3:24 The leader of the families of the Gershonites was Eliasaph son of Lael.
拉伊勒的儿子以利雅萨作革顺人宗族的首领。
Num3:25 At the Tent of Meeting the Gershonites were responsible for the care of the tabernacle and tent, its coverings, the curtain at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting,
革顺的子孙在会幕中所要看守的，就是帐幕和罩棚，并罩棚的盖与会幕的门帘，
Num3:26 the curtains of the courtyard, the curtain at the entrance to the courtyard surrounding the tabernacle and altar, and the ropes-and everything related to their use.

Num3:27 To Kohath belonged the clans of the Amramites, Izharites, Hebronites and Uzzielites; these were the Kohathite clans.

Num3:28 The number of all the males a month old or more was 8,600. The Kohathites were responsible for the care of the sanctuary.

Num3:29 The Kohathite clans were to camp on the south side of the tabernacle.
哥辖儿子的诸族要在帐幕的南边安营。
Num3:30 The leader of the families of the Kohathite clans was Elizaphan son of Uzziel.
乌薛的儿子以利撒反作哥辖宗族家室的首领。
Num3:31 They were responsible for the care of the ark, the table, the lampstand, the altars, the articles of the sanctuary used in ministering, the curtain, and everything related to their use.
他们所要看守的是约柜，桌子，灯台，两座坛与圣所内使用的器皿，并帘子和一切使用之物。
Num3:32 The chief leader of the Levites was Eleazar son of Aaron, the priest. He was appointed over those who were responsible for the care of the sanctuary.

Num3:33 To Merari belonged the clans of the Mahlites and the Mushites; these were the Merarite clans.
属米拉利的，有抹利族，母示族。这是米拉利的二族。
Num3:34 The number of all the males a month old or more who were counted was 6,200.

Num3:35 The leader of the families of the Merarite clans was Zuriel son of Abihail; they were to camp on the north side of the tabernacle.
亚比亥的儿子苏列作米拉利二宗族的首领。他们要在帐幕的北边安营。
Num3:36 The Merarites were appointed to take care of the frames of the tabernacle, its crossbars, posts, bases, all its equipment, and everything related to their use,
米拉利子孙的职分是看守帐幕的板，闩，柱子，带卯的座，和帐幕一切所使用的器具，
Num3:37 as well as the posts of the surrounding courtyard with their bases, tent pegs and ropes.
院子四围的柱子，带卯的座，橛子，和绳子。
Num3:38 Moses and Aaron and his sons were to camp to the east of the tabernacle, toward the sunrise, in front of the Tent of Meeting. They were responsible for the care of the sanctuary on behalf of the Israelites. Anyone else who approached the sanctuary was to be put to death.
在帐幕前东边，向日出之地安营的是摩西，亚伦，和亚伦的儿子。他们看守圣所，替以色列人守耶和华所吩咐的。近前来的外人，必被治死。
Num3:39 The total number of Levites counted at the Lord 's command by Moses and Aaron according to their clans, including every male a month old or more, was 22,000.
凡被数的利未人，就是摩西，亚伦照耶和华吩咐所数的，按着家室，从一个月以外的男子，共有二万二千名。
